Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Print Shop Helper who can assist across different areas of production and fulfillment. This is a great opportunity for someone flexible, motivated, and eager to learn all aspects of custom printing.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with T-shirt and mug pressing, DTF film handling, and order preparation.
- Float between departments such as printing, shipping, packing, or finishing as needed.
- Operate and help maintain DTF and heat press equipment.
- Support with wide-format printing (banners, decals, and signs).
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Experience with DTF or wide-format printers is a strong plus.
- Basic computer knowledge; Photoshop experience is a plus.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Schedule:
- 5 days per week, including weekends.
- Flexible, hands-on role that supports multiple production areas.
